1. Drink Lots of WATER
Things to buy at the store: whole wheat bread, eggs, apples, salad, celery, vegetables MAKE THE SOUP! HAVE IT ON A CLEANSE DAY OR A SHAKE DAY. (Recipe below)
Healthy Snacks to have on a Shake or Cleanse Day.
If you need to eat you can have a salad- dressing oil/vinegar
1or 2 Hardboiled egg or (8 egg whites)
1 Organic Apple or any whole fruit-(NO BANANAS)
1or 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread (or the Whole Wheat Weight Watchers Pita)
Salad, celery, carrots
In addition to the 400-600 calorie meal (which can be eaten for lunch or dinner on a shake day) you can also have healthy snacks from the above list
2. Soup as filler use as needed for all days especially cleanse days
Put all in one large pot
1 large (48 oz) can of College Inn Light and Fat Free (50% less Sodium) Chicken Broth (can buy in any supermarket)
1-2 large onions, any other vegetables except corn, potato and peas, garlic (don't need to cut up)
1 large bag of Broccoli
Spices of your choice (pepper, cilantro etc)
Bring to boil, let cool, put in blender and eat as much as you need even on a cleanse day.
